Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a General Manager (GM) or Senior Manager (SR Manager) in the hotel industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure the highest level of service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are maintained throughout the property.
- Implement efficient and cost-effective operational procedures to maximize profitability.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Focus on creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to consistently improve guest satisfaction scores.
Team Management :
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hotel staff, including department managers and front-line employees.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
Financial Management :
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the financial success of the hotel.
- Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy and rates.
Sales and Marketing :
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue through effective promotional strategies and sales efforts.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a General Manager or Senior Manager in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
Familiarity with local market trends and competitors.
