General Manager - Sales - FMCG (16-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall Sales Management: Building sales capability, developing regions, deploying competent manpower.
- Strategic Planning: strategize policies, make systems and processes and lead for long term business growth.
- Head Sales and Distribution development strategies and ensure geographical expansion & penetrative coverage.
- Distribution Channel Management: Ensures channels deliverables as per S&D KPIs, sales Processes.
- Setting, briefing and achieving ABP, monthly and weekly targets
- Drive distribution strategy, intensive coverage plan and penetration across all channels
- Managing Large Team & mentoring RSMs, ASMs, SOs and fleet of sales organizers- .
- New Business Development: assessing markets, competitors, distribution & penetration gap and drive action Plans.
- Marketing & Brand development, promotion, launch, ATL/ BTL act ivations, consumer & trade promotions.
