- Minimum Age 30-35 Years
- Knowledge Should have industry knowledge and know how. Selling skills are required

- Develop an effective result oriented Sales Strategy based on relevant market
- Responsible for achievement of Sales Targets, increase in market share and building the organization's brand
- Timely Review of Sales process to extract better efficiencies and results
- Apprise and facilitate professional growth of Sales Team
- Monitor pre & post sales, Relationship building, New business generation, Analysis of competitors' strategies and collections
- Monitor , manage and capture Sales and Client Database
- Authorities (Supervision, level of authority to hire, or make recommendation etc.)
- Management & Development of the Sales Team nationally.
