About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Sales (Spices) with expertise in Corporate and B2B Sales within the Whole Spices Business (Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales and be a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional. As a General Manager - sales (Spices), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, primarily focusing on Corporate and B2B customers. This position requires a proactive and aggressive sales approach and entails regular travel.

Job Specification:

Role - General Manager - Sales (Spices)

Location - Gujrat (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate and B2B Sales : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and B2B customers in the Spices business segment.

Institutional Sales : Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.


Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.


Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our spice products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the Sales Director.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Travel : Be willing to travel within the assigned area to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

Must have skills :

- Good connection with Spices & Seasoning companies.

- Should have experience in B2B Spices Sales

- 10+ years of experience in Institutional Sales (Spices & Seasoning companies).

- Graduation in any stream

Good to have skills:

- Knowledge of at least 2 Spices Commodities (Sales, Quality & Top Buyers)
