Job Title / Designation: General Manager
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership to the citys operations team
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Ensure use of company technology on supply and demand side
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Convert operational problems to technical solutions
- Build processes to maximize operational efficiency
- Learn through field work to empathize with GoLorry users
- Create work flows that empower team members
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
