General Manager - Sales - Construction/Building Materials & Precast Products (8-15 yrs)
- Identifying Business opportunities; evaluate company targets / its customers and their future plans. Build excellent customer relationships and ensure consistency in delivery and customer delight.
- Will be responsible to plan and execute Go-to-Market plans and activities.
- Will be responsible for achieving sales to Identified/ Chosen key accounts within a region, with focus on delivering top class value and service to customers.
- Will be required to monitor Institutional coverage / competitive activities and will be responsible for developing and executing - plans and monitoring Sales and distribution in chosen regions.
- To Benchmark competition that help identify key issues for competitive advantage that give special edge/advantage for increasing sales.
- To coordinate with Commercial department for preparation of long term contracts and Tendering of Key accounts for Government and Private Sector Customers and to ensure periodic renewal of same.
- Improving Distributor / Institutional Distributor network through monitoring performance and implementing sales strategies.
- Develop contacts, understand and estimate potential usage / requirement / consumption. Negotiate rates.
- Networking skills to ensure continuous customer interaction with a view to set the Brand presence in the marketplace.
