I. Position Summary :

1. Person should have exposure of dealing Corporate planner and office of target companies mainly thermal & renewable energy service. sector; PMC engineering team, investor planner, EPC tender team, developer & off course relation to top management of all units

2. Having detail update for customer insight for future investment planning

3. Person should have exposure & vision for future development & capable to Liasoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC, PMC, funding agencies, developer, borrower etc...

4. Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target..

5. Responsible for new Product development.

II. Responsibility and Authority :

1) New product development

2) Establish company name into customer book prior to project announcement

3) Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress

4) For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager-

5) Authorized to take call for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning

6) Person should be capable to handle 100 Cr sales & planning.

7) Responsible for new client acquisition for growth as per business plan

8) Responsible for client relationship (existing & prospective)

9) Responsible for getting empanelment, accreditation, qualification by various authorities, PSUs and other entity which directly or indirectly aid to the business acquisition and market penetration.

10) Will take lead in the preparation of outline Plan towards business in conventional & Renewable power plant in India and setting up yearly objective in terms of services, penetration, market share and business volume.

11) Will take lead in framing alliance /consortium / partnerships towards greater penetration in energy sector.

12) Service Proposal process (Tender / Non Tender).

13) Client / bid / tender requirement analysis

14) Pre & Post bid Client communication

15) Techno commercial negotiations

16) Order booking, review and handling over to execution department.

17) Responsible for Market visibility, Market penetration, Market Share towards growth as per approved plan

III. Education and Experience :

1. Graduate & Master in any field with MBA in business model

2. Having minimum 15+ year exposure in energy sector with consultancy, advisory energy transmission, generation & distribution services

3. Work exposure with company like TCE, Wapcos, Tractable, feedback infra, wind force, steag, Mitcon, SGS, BV, Emergent ventures, Cordence world wide,
