General Manager - Sales & Business Development (10-20 yrs)
Position: General Manager - Sales and Business Development - US / EU Markets
Role: Permanent | Should work in US Time zones
Location: Chennai
Experience: 12 - 15 years
Responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales, Lead generation, Presales who will focus on the generation of qualified leads and opportunities via traditional email campaigns as well as cold calls. You will be responsible to enable the career development of ISMs, build and deliver on a robust sales plan, lead and influence their team to maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting, and lead generation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the Inside Sales team
- Prospecting the leads from inbound and outbound channels and work as the primary contact for sales initiatives
- Be accountable for the customer journey from leads to closures
- Proposal responses
- Meeting agreed-upon goals and projections
- Work closely with the senior leadership team for strategy planning and execution
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos of services to customers
- Develop cautiously optimistic sales plans
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
- Ability to lead from the front across client time zones.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in selling enterprise services in the US (preferred) and UK/EU.
- 12-15 years of experience in the ITeS, KPO, IT services domains
- At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Presentation skills
