General Manager - Sales - Auto Parts/Ancillary (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Ability to hire & build the right sales team/pre-sales team
- Ability to build a high performing and number driven team.
- Manage a large team of 400+ Frontline sales force
- Accountability for Sales Revenue (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
- P&L Accountability
- Adopting to market needs and changes.
- Analyse and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
