Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the Bakery and Noodles Division in the North East region and handling other product baskets for Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh.
Achieve sales targets : Set ambitious sales targets and lead the sales team in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer base.
Sales software implementation : Identify and implement appropriate sales software solutions to streamline and enhance the sales process. Ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
Sales system improvement : Analyze the existing sales system, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
P&L management : Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the designated areas. Develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Team management : Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Market analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and respond to changing customer needs.
Relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales forecasting and reporting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and sales opportunities.
