Objective of the Role :

Your real estate company relies on recurring revenue from established clients and additional revenue from new clients to survive and grow. Retaining and attracting business requires a marketing campaign with clear goals and an identifiable market. Determine whether the campaign is business to business, as with commercial real estate, or business to consumer, which involves marketing to residential real estate clients.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

2. Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver monthly Precise and up to date sales reports.

3. Identify, Select and manage external agencies for optimal results.

- Fluent in Communication.

- Excellent conversational and customer service.

- Must have knowledge in Geographical location of Hyderabad.

4. Create and conducts sales proposal presentations.

5. Impart Product knowledge to Team

6. Maintain quantitative Aspects

7. Completing Real estate revenue targets time to time.
