General Manager - Marketing - Agriculture/Farming (12-20 yrs)
Title: General Manager - Marketing

Reporting to: CEO
Team size: Incumbent will need to set up teams at Office and Farm sites
Other Depts / People to coord with: All departments within the company and group as needed
Job Functions:
1. Conceptualize, strategize and set up a marketing team for the organisation to establish future linkages for our products and produce
2. Hire team members and mentor them as needed
3. Brand, Advertise and create workable marketing plans for individual products and the entire bouquet of offerings
4. Responsible for budgets and all business development activities both domestic and international.
5. Negotiate, create partners and contracts as needed to ensure marketing plans are fulfilled. This will be for both Raw and Value added produce / products
Work conditions - Delhi office, travel across locations as needed
Additional Specification for the Job:
Education & Qualification: B.Sc. M.Sc. Agri Business, Food Technology MBA preferred.
Back ground Sectors / Industries required, if any: Agri, Food business with experience in domestic and international markets.
Work Experience, in years: Min 12 to Max 20 years
Salary Range: Rs. 20.00 to Rs. 35.00 Lakhs Per Annum.

Age group: Between 30 to 45 years of age
Technical Skills:
- Strong marketing skills in Fresh produce and processed foods in domestic and international markets
- Branding of fresh produce and processes foods will be an added advantage
- Past experience in developing new markets across locations and geographies, developing individual brands and creating marketing plans for the entire range of products in similar line of business.
- Contacts and vendor negotiation.
Behavioral:
- This is a new senior management position. Person is expected to display maturity and business acumen to strategize, hire and lead the new team.
