General Manager- International Sales - Beverages (10-20 yrs)
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for global international sales
2. To devise & meet country-wise monthly, quarterly and annual targets
3. Appoint distributors in focus regions, viz., MENA, Africa & LATAM
4. Maintain & build enduring relations with distributors
5. Increase retail market penetration in foreign markets
6. Plan & execute market activation programs
7. Develop, manage & grow private label business
8. Develop, manage & grow ecommerce business
9. Conduct market studies for new products & prepare business plans for organic & inorganic growth
10. Prepare & execute exhibition calendar
11. Sales forecasting & coordination with Production & Logistics
Candidate Profile
1. Required experience in international marketing in FMCG industry
2. Required redistribution & market activation experience
3. Should have travelled extensively abroad
Qualification
Any Graduate, MBA- Marketing & MBA-Foreign Trade preferred
