Job Description

- Use and employ understanding and experience for Contractions products & Parts.

- Track and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Parts & Services targets

- Maintains & Improves turnaround and conversions.

- Constantly provide feedback for customer and market experiences and suggest improvements

- Capable of defining and managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning that include sales support and partner material

- Experienced in managing all aspects of product marketing including product enhancements, competitive analysis, market forecast and product positioning

- Proficient in recruiting, mentoring members for ensuring the sales and operational efficiency; creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members

- Expertise in training and motivating team; experience in all type of Parts sales & Services function, corporate sales, industrial sales; capability to operate in product/Services support

- A strategist and implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading business to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully

- Ability to tap new sources of business, scout for new channel partners.

- Identifying the need of parts training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also, giving feedback & suggestions to the ASM.

- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.

Role Requirements:

- Candidates with Prior Experience in Services & Parts Of Construction Machinery Backhoe, Heavy Line, Excavator, Gensets.

- Candidate with prior experience in Consumer handling in respect to sales parts & Services.

- Candidate with exposure to strong funnel of leads through sales & Service Department thereby Projecting Commendable Business from different resources.

- Sr. Sec. 60% above

- H Sr. Sec. 60% above

- UG:Any Graduate - Mechanical / Auto Mobile

- PG:Any Postgraduate
