General Manager/Head - Sales - Recruitment (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for ensuring sales and contribution targets are met by managing the activities of entire Sales Department.
- Develop the customer base of the department by formulating and implementing an effective sales plan, in conjunction with all other department
- Maintain and develop the profitability of each department by closely monitoring all aspects of its performance, actively seeking opportunities to improve and implementing effective improvement actions as necessary.
- Responsible for developing appropriate promotional strategies for the unit in consultation with corporate/ marketing team.
- Meets customers on random basis to assist sales team in achieving sales targets and keep them motivated.
- Motivate, develop, organizes, and lead a team of sales personnel to meet agreed objectives. Enable and encourage sales personnel to adapt to and exploit technical, environmental, and business changes.
- Ensure that training and adequate planning of staff development is provided on time to time basis.
- To maintain the integrity of the dealership by ensuring that the sales department complies with established procedures and meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
