- Hiring for a leading Travel Industry
- Looking for Operations/Corporate sales -GM-MANAGER-HEAD
- From auto car dealership companies like Toyota, Honda, Hyundai
- Responsible for the business development & smooth operations (frontend & backend operations).
- Dealing both Corporate & Retail Customers.
- Managing team.
- Drive the B2B business.
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels, along with ensuring service levels are met.
- Ensure availability of adequate fleet along with the capacity function for effective dispatch at any given point of time.
- Reservations are done correctly, timely dispatch and generation & processing of bill happens as per the process.
- Quality of cars provided to be at par with the company's norms & standards. Ensure fleet quality.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability in various departments' like-Sales, operations, fleet, credit control.
- Monitor performance and facilitate implants/counter executives in day-to-day operations.
- Vendor Management- Ensure better quality and services provided by the vendors at reasonable prices.
- Review the business plan on regular basis and achieve revenue figures as planned.
