General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales - Food & Cosmetics (10-12 yrs)
Candidate should be graduate in MBA / PG Diploma with experience in Domestic & International Sales - Butter & Fats with good communication skill
- Responsible for pre and post-shipment documentation: Invoice/Packing list, Executing post-shipment documents as per the terms of the export order, preparing BRC, etc.
- Responsible for achieving/exceeding individual group revenue goals.
- Turns over all service-related tasks to Sales Coordination and the Group Services team and holds them accountable
- Primary focus is selling Food and Cosmetics, must be adept at selling brand and cross-selling other cities as well
- Initiates research projects to uncover new potential markets, accounts, etc.
- Building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business.
- Assesses the amount of resources required by the sales department in order to achieve optimal performance, leading to financial benefit for the business.
- Manager tracks sales activities and creates reports that he presents to senior sales management for use in strategic decision making
- Handle negotiations and create professional presentations for the acquisition of national industrial contracts and leveraging relationships (internal and external) to create new business opportunities
