- Design a customer service tracking system with analytics
- Build & run top of the line call centre handling both inward & outward flow
- Define a solid data driven implementation strategy and religiously tracking key metrics by customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Ensure visible measurable customer satisfaction on product/service that exceeds owner's expectations
- Set SLAs with internal providers to ensure a flawless service experience to schools.
- Responsibility for a team of 4-5 Middle & Senior managers
