- Zonal Business Plan Development & Execution
- Create New Channel partners | POS | ETC
- Build relationship with assigned potential Channel Partners & Influencers for product specification and sales for increase in market share/ business growth through Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers, Builders and hi-end customers.
- Identify market trends and being responsible for implementing market opportunities.
- Ensure implementation of CRM & KPI Analysis by RH.
- Drive marketing strategy for the region with support from Operations, Product Management, MARCOM, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Build, Develop, Retain, Guide & Mentor Sales Team.
- Review State wise business situation, opportunities, challenges and suggest measures to support profitability.
Territory: Karnataka & Kerala
Location: Bangalore
Team size: 2 RM reporting and at least 10 -12 Front liner for both states put together.
Sales Model: Channel and Low rise projects
Influencer: Builder, Contractor, Fabricator
Specifier: Architect, Interior Designer, Govt Bodies
Experience: In building material for at least 18-22years
Age: 45-48 years
Qualification:
- Engineer or MBA
- Must be at senior level for past 5 years taking care of one or two states whereby at least exposure to Karnataka is must.
Profile: Leading the leaders and het the strategy executed with keeping an eye on Topline and organising for market development and market expansion along with wallet share.
