General Manager & Cluster Head - Multiplex (10-18 yrs)

We are hiring for One of the Leading Multiplex in India.

Job Description :

- Developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing plans, budget, training and goals program to ensure optimum customer satisfaction, sales potential and profitability on an on-going basis.

- Manage Food and Beverage merchandising using various mediums and to stimulate customers to impulse buying and boost sales.

- To manage the functions of all personnel through direct and indirect supervision of Managers and Supervisors.

- Monitoring the present and future trends, practices and systems in the Multiplex industry, determine and ensure execution of competitive programs.

- Responsible for the security and safety of Patrons and employees, ensuring that emergency procedures are established, well publicized, practiced and reinforced. Monitoring applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliance with the same.

- Set up targets/ goals for the departments, guide and control the team members to achieve the same.

- Conduct profit and loss review meetings on a monthly basis with other heads of units and plan strategies for other multiplexes in the catchment area.

- Oversee and direct the personnel function of the Multiplex including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counselling, training, wage and salary administration, labor relations, performance appraisals and succession planning.

- Achieve required number of footfalls, ATP & RPP for the Unit as per the sanctioned budgets.

- Guest services with satisfaction, value driven relationship management and keeping grievances and feedbacks on priority

- To ensure all SOP's are adhered-to and to maintain consistency in overall Service Standards in the Unit. Upkeep and maintenance of property as per standards.

- Engage in audit clarification in liaison with finance manager and other heads of departments.

- Get actively involved in the Marketing plan and activities to achieve desired marketing revenues.

- To liaison with the media to ensure multiplex gets maximum coverage in the mass media.

- To ensure strict controls on cash handling, revenue drop reports and procedures of money handling to avoid pilferage.

Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification - Graduate/ PG/MBA

- The candidate must have 12 - 15 years working experience in F&B Service, Handling more than 5-7 unit operations, Sales & Marketing, Training & Profit & Loss, Revenue handling.

- The candidate must be preferred from Hotel, Fine Dine Restaurants, Retail, QSR.

- Excellent communication in Tamil & English is must.
