General Manager - Business Development/Sales - Security & Facility Management (8-10 yrs)
Job Purpose : Responsible for the strategic growth of the new & existing accounts.
Responsibility & Accountability :
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads
- Support and lead bid process where required, including bid writing, finalization of commercials, customer negotiation, proposal submission and contract finalization
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
- Responsible to achieve Individual redefined sales targets on a monthly basis
- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
- Provide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties.
- Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
- Market Mapping & Competitor Analysis.
- Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
- Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Track/ monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis
- Participate in periodic sales reviews to highlight issues, discuss resolution options and seek decisions on key issues
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have a prior experience in Corporate Sales (Security and Facility Management)
- Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience
- Result orientation with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively convince and negotiate with clients
- MBA in Sales and Marketing from recognized university/institution
