General Manager - Business Development - Import & Export Business (10-12 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Set Sales Targets & Define Strategy To Achieve These Targets & To Follow The Set Strategy Punctually.
- Provide Guidance to business divisions on export policies and export benefits.
- Supporting business division by controlling, monitoring clearing & customs operations with the objective of minimizing all the related costs connected with imports & exports.
- Visiting To Customer Place for the Presentation.
- Develop Draft Proposals Based On Team Meetings & Discussion.
- Maintain The Business Development Database.
- Monitor Marketing Activities, Including Trade / Scientific Shows, Mailings Etc-
- Co-Ordination with Accounts Dept. For Billing Purpose.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in business development and meeting the business objectives.
- Managing entire range of export, import, shipping, Logistics, Liasing with customers.
- Export, import, custom brokerage, E bidding, RFQ's submission, Customer Retention, price negotiation.
WORK EXPERIENCE :10 to 12 Years in CHA Firm
CTC : 12 to 15 Lac. PA. Gender : Male. Age : 35 to 40 years
