Job Title: General Manager (Business Development & Client Service)
Location: Chennai
Salary: Up to - 70,000/month
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Business Development and Client Service to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively pitch for new business opportunities and secure monthly sign-ups with new clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Research and identify potential clients to expand the company's market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop a thorough understanding of existing clients' needs and ensure their satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions.
Deliverables Execution:
- Ensure that services are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve client-side challenges creatively and effectively.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.
Financial Coordination:
- Work closely with the Finance team to manage invoicing and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting revenue streams based on client contracts and projected sales.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports to top management regarding client engagement, revenue performance, and growth strategies.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve overall performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, focusing on availability, delivery times, and cost minimization.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and adapt services accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an advertising agency or a similar environment.
- Strong background in events and exhibition coordination.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Advertising or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
