Requirement
- Determine channel strategy and identify routes to market, packages, pricing for different sales channels - Online, Speciality Stores, MT, GT
- Help in developing a strategic plan for consumer/trade advertisement through various media vehicles: digital, radio, print, web, and social media
- Help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy
- Identify new product opportunities as well as brand extension and work closely with R&D team to come up with winner products
- Own the top line and bottom line targets of his/her portfolio and work closely with sales team to achieve the revenue targets
- Own few key core initiatives for the brand from end to end and work closely with cross functional teams to drive those
