General Manager/AVP - Business Development - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
We are seeking an adept individual to spearhead the servicing and closure of high-profile leads within the commercial office space sector, with transaction sizes ranging from 5Cr to 50Cr.
- The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, including Start-up Founders/CEOs, SMEs, and HR/Admin representatives of large MNCs. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, necessitating frequent and comprehensive client meetings to discuss design requirements, facilitate measurements, and draft layouts for existing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the servicing and closure of high-profile leads within the commercial office space segment, focusing on transactions ranging from 5Cr to 50Cr.
- Develop and nurture leads by liaising with various stakeholders such as Start-ups, Real Estate Consultants, Builders, Contractors, and Property Search Platforms.
- Craft and deliver tailored presentations aligned with client specifications, collaborating closely with the Design and Operations teams.
- Prepare detailed quotations and provide expert advice to clients throughout the closure process.
- Facilitate internal knowledge transfer to operations and maintain regular coordination with the project management team to monitor progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout and post-closure, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in selling large-ticket solutions within the B2B segment, with transaction sizes ranging from 2Cr to 50Cr.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, with a typical team size of 10-15 personnel recruited from premium educational institutions.
- Proven track record of generating repeat business from key clients and effectively managing large corporate accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, including superior email writing abilities, to engage effectively with high-profile clients such as CEOs and Founders.
- Ability to evaluate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials, and recommending suitable investments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through participation in educational opportunities and industry events.
- Experience in representing the company at key events, panel discussions, and PR initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 8 years' experience in high-growth enterprises or start-ups.
- Proven track record of achieving exponential growth in new product verticals or territories, with typical account sizes ranging from 20Cr to 50Cr.
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry would be advantageous.
