We at Genefitletics are expanding our team & looking to hire a Brand Manager

- Genefitletics is a biotech company working at the intersection of system biology & exponential technologies to uncover ground breaking insights about how human body works at molecular level, identify early molecular & pre-disease signals for hard to detect life threatening metabolic diseases & cancer & provide disease modifiable interventions

As a brand manager, you will work in a completely entrepreneurial matrix environment to

- Lead brand communication & positioning strategy & consumer analytics for preventive oncology, cardiology & nephrology across online & offline channels.

- Identify new market opportunities across customers & channels for our suite of microbiome & cancer detect tests & drive implementation of brand marketing initiatives.

- Strategise & build new distribution avenues for India & Singapore market

- Work with cross functional marketing & business development teams to translate brand elements into go to market strategies

- Support digital marketing team in driving creative reflecting science & technology behind our suit of microbiome & cancer detect tests

- Develop & implement marketing strategies for new product launches & new markets

- Assess & measure the performance & impact( ROI & KPI) for marketing programs

Non-negotiable requirements

- Masters in management/marketing/business administration from a top tier Indian/Global B School

- 4-5 years of brand management experience

- Have hand on working knowledge on brand communication & driving go to market strategy

- Location: Kullu/Manali, Himachal Pradesh
