Key Accountability :
- Handle objections or grievances with exemplary empathy
- Satisfactorily answer questions about products and their benefits
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Meet the defined Quality Scores. Innovation & Process Improvement
- Understand customer query and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information expectations
- Go the "extra mile" to exceed customer
