GemPundit - Principal Graphic Designer (6-8 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Conceptualisation of master design, guidelines and ensuring execution of it is done across all channels.
2. Develop the overall look or style of the brand's digital campaigns, including social media, PPC, website, etc.
3. Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers.
4. Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.
5. Lead the brand's visual evolution and regularly present new ideas.
6. Coordinate activities with other teams (product design or business)
Requirements :
1. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency or well-known Organisation.
3. Expert in graphic designing, animation, motion graphic suites, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
5. Experience building or rebuilding a brand's visual identity.
6. A strong portfolio of work
7. An ability to communicate ideas clearly and, thereby, elevate the work of the entire team.
