Job Description

- The Jr. Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and scaling target segment communications plans, as well as maintaining a unified Prime brand positioning worldwide.

- This involves coordination across teams including mass advertising and Prime marketing teams by locale, and reporting on performance of brand initiatives.

- The Jr. Marketing Executive will maintain the annual Prime integrated marketing plan across locales.

- They will have the central view of what benefits and messages are driving business performance and customer satisfaction, which will inform Prime message hierarchy at different customer touchpoints.

- This will also inform editorial content and social strategy..

The primary duties and responsibilities of the role include:

- Development and ownership of target (retail shopping segments, demographic segments) communications strategies all designed to maximize member acquisition and satisfaction, and to elevate the overall Prime experience beyond free, two-day shipping.

- Coordination with Prime teams globally on campaign plans and performance.Coordination across benefits teams on campaign briefs and launch marketing reviews.

- Driving cooperative marketing programs with leading vendors in the industry.

- Sales / business development experience in FMCG / retail / technology companies.
