Gehna - Executive - Retail Sales (2-10 yrs)
Overview :
We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent the Gehna brand and provide an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with clients, assist in the sale of fine jewelry, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service from customization to delivery.
- Represent the Gehna brand by interacting with clients, assisting them in choosing jewelry that meets their preferences.
- Build rapport with potential walk-in clients and develop lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper paperwork and reconciliation at the end of each day.
- Follow up with clients on customization orders, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the design and production process.
- Coordinate with the design team to relay client preferences and special requests for custom jewelry pieces.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage timely deliveries, shipping, and receiving, including tagging merchandise and handling transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchases, and orders in the CRM system.
- Send clients their account statements, including details of purchases, custom orders, and payment history.
- Proactively assist in store maintenance, ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
