- Building and maintaining relations with potential customers for real estate as well as the developers team.
- Develop Geetanjali Homestate as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Doing the primary research on the market and keeping the sales team updated on internal knowledge.

- Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of - market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share
- Performing Market analysis to identify client's needs, Project details, Price Schedules, and Discount rates.
