Please find below the Job Description:
1.Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
2 Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
3. Maintain and update listings of available properties
4. Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
5. Cold-calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
6. Leading a team of inside sales executive for Lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts & Cold calling.
7. Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company's program of continuous improvement.
8. Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.
9. Able to generate the leads and make it into conversion.
10. Ability to arrange 20 to 25 meetings in a month & try to get close max to max.
