Geeta Group of Institutions - Admission Counselor/Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
What you will do ?
- Making outbound calls to verified leads to drive daily reach.
- Assisting in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into admission & walk-ins.
- Discussing career and educational goals with students.
- Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student admission.
- Planning & executing sales/marketing strategy to maximize walk-in & admissions.
- Maintaining updated reports on calling progression.
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated records concerning student admissions.
- Connecting students with resources, such as counselors, tutors & educational consultants.
- Handling all incoming calls & queries on our ERP software.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.
Competencies :
- Any Graduate with good education background.
- Fresher or with minimum 1+ years- experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
- Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, skills & Computer skills.
- You need to be able to step into the students & parents mind and address their concerns.
- A desire to help students in their academic journey, from enrollment to joining.
