GeekyAnts - Growth Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)
- As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating top-of-the-funnel leads and nurturing them to become sales-qualified leads.
- This role requires a strategic mindset to identify potential clients, craft compelling pitches, and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.
- You will play a critical role in expanding GeekyAnts' client base and driving growth for our Product Studio offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate top-of-the-funnel leads using email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools.
- Email Nurturing : Create and implement email nurturing campaigns that effectively guide potential clients through the buyer's journey.
- LinkedIn Outreach : Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients, building relationships and generating qualified leads.
- Campaign Optimization : Monitor and optimize outreach campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling messages and pitches that effectively communicate GeekyAnts' product studio offerings.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of lead generation activities, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Pitching & Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to understand the product studio's offerings and create tailored pitches that resonate with potential clients.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all outreach efforts.
Key Requirements :
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation tactics and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to craft compelling pitches and messages tailored to different client personas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle is a plus.
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
