Job Profile - In this role, you will reach out to potential customers through cold calling and close the sale. You will have complete control of the entire sale cycle.
Responsibilities-
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
- Intensely following up with the prospective students and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Reaching out to customers by making outbound calls, emails and if also face-to-face meetings/counselling.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Diligently communicating, aggressive follow-up, and priming the lead through different channels.
- Individual contribution and team target as well.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications-
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience- 1 - 2 years in sales
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to pursue career in sales
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
- Candidates should have a laptop
- Good selling and negotiations skills
- Sales experience in an ed-tech firm is preferred
- Should have professional proficiency in English .
