Responsibilities :

1. Focuses on companies that prioritize succeeding in the talent competition and attracting top-tier individuals to join their organization.

2. Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.

3. Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, cold calling, and office visits.

4. Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.

5. Creating campaigns for outbound lead generation.

6. Reaching out and targeting prospective clients daily.

7. Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.

8. Preparing sales and sales-related reports on work and revenue every week.

Requirements :

1. Solution selling.

2. Demonstrate ability in managing CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.

3. Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.

4. Prior experience in account management & sales in the Recruitment/HR tech industry is a plus.

5. Someone who comes with Broad Network to help us get good clients onboarded.
