Gati-Kintetsu Express - Business Development/Sales Executive (1-5 yrs)
Key Deliverables:
- Continuous Short-listing of Potential New customer into Customer Acquisition Funnel .
- Understand Customer Requirement.
- Rate Negotiation based on Product Offering or Customized Solution Design.
- Specify Contractual Terms within the framework laid out by HO based product groups.
- Sign contract.
- Introduce New Customer to our Customer Service Manager for Routine Daily/Weekly operations.
- Meet Customer monthly/ quarterly (or as called-in by customer) to monitor Promise Delivery & Customer Satisfaction.
- Engage customer for more share of Business & Line Extension & Geography Extension.
- Ensure Collections.
- In summary, all BDE will drive and deliver Revenue Growth, New Contracts, Portfolio Mix, Yield, Collection, Deduction, Portfolio Profitability & Market Intelligence.
