Job Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a fresh post-graduate professional who would coordinate with the sales strategy team to assist in pre-sales research and outreach for large corporate accounts in a data-oriented and well-managed sales organization.

1. Business analytics : Assist in driving key account sales programs with zonal and regional teams across India

2. Market research : Assist in market research to generate target market list for key account lead generation

3. Customer outreach : Managing the sales funnel through tele-sales outreach to large corporate accounts

a. Generate and qualify new leads of potential key accounts

b. Explain and demonstrate product features and service customers if needed

c. Route qualified opportunities to appropriate field sales colleagues for closure

d. Communicate with potential customers by making outbound calls, setting up calendars of field sales upon meeting confirming and ensuring proper hand over of lead to field sales

e. Attempt closure of sales by self or with the help of field sales team

f. Keep potential customers informed and engaged via email

4. Customer intelligence : Assist sales strategy team with research on potential large corporate accounts

a. Understand current business scope and relevant requirements and logistics needs

b. Identify current logistics partner vendors

c. Answer queries of internal team basis customer intelligence

d. Create leadership information pool with contact information

5. Work in close coordination with Sales - Key Accounts team

6. Work in close coordination with Sales Strategy team
