Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at ReBillion, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your focus will be on building and optimizing inbound marketing pipelines, fostering a thriving community, leveraging cutting-edge marketing tools, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will also work with our clients to setup their marketing & execute marketing tasks.
This has overlap with US timings [ 5.30 PM to 3 AM IST]
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Marketing
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads.
- Create and manage content campaigns (blogs, eBooks, webinars, videos, etc.) to drive organic traffic and capture leads.
- Implement and optimize SEO, email marketing, and content syndication strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze data and metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

- Community Marketing
- Build and nurture an engaged community of customers, partners, and advocates.
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies, including online forums, social media groups, and events.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to create referral and advocacy programs.
- Monitor and measure community sentiment and feedback to align with the brand.
- Tools and Marketing Pipeline
- Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Build scalable lead nurturing pipelines for efficient handover to the sales team.
- Leverage CRM data to create personalized marketing strategies.
- Identify and implement new tools to improve efficiency, analytics, and performance tracking.
Qualifications :
Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing, community marketing, or related roles.
- Client Servicing Experience of 2+ Years
- Proven track record of building and managing successful inbound pipelines.
Skills :
- Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Expertise in creating engaging content and community management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about building communities and connecting with audiences authentically.
