Roles And Responsibilities :
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with the sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
- Handling the CRM platform
- Creating a business from existing customer accounts updates, packages, and more successfully
- Tracking the number of monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
- Lead, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Continuously develop leadership and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Requirements :
- Minimum 1.5 year of experience in the Sales and Marketing domain
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
