Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze and determine the territory/ markets business potential based on the relevant target groups.

2. Explore business potential, opportunities & client- le to achieve breakthroughs in key accounts (both nationally and regionally) within the TG for a healthy, profitable growth

3. Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis with relevant metrics

4. Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth

5. Consulting with the internal teams as well as implementing marketing & sales strategies / promotional events to establish a market presence and acquire new accounts

6. Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of activations with the help of Marketing team

7. Maintain the company's standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the accounts

Requirements :

1. 3+ Years of relevant experience managing key accounts in the Corporate Gifting vertical / Strategic Partnerships / Content Syndication

2. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence without authority

3. Ability to work with ambiguity and be able to build robust and scalable processes

4. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast- paced environment
