Ganesh Grains - Branding Executive (3-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing and executing various on-ground brand engagement and activation campaigns which are in sync with the brand messaging for various Ganesh Grains product.
- Conceptualizing and executing BTL activity, such as- Sales Promotions & sampling, brand merchandising design and execution etc in GT and MT.
- Working with design agency to execute BAU BTL activities - collateral, sales promotion collateral etc.
- Distributor/Wholesaler Engagement - getting onground feedback from GT and MT retail, using this feedback to devise appropriate BTL campaigns.
- Vendor Management.
- Building a network of reliable and proactive activation execution agencies who would implement activation plans.
