Gandhi Automations - Field Sales Role (9-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for the sales of our products in PAN INDIA.
- Follow up with the prospective clients in coordination with the marketing follow up Team for closing the deal.
- Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement.
- Develop new customers by making cold calls and applying other marketing strategies / methods.
- Coordinate the after sales activities like services, AMC and also receivable collections.
- Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region.
- Analyses competitor's Product and marketing moves to fine tune on strategy
- Responsible for setting and meeting the targets.
- Experience in Direct Sales of Industrial Product (B2B).
Qualities required:
- Go-getter/ Aggressive I Hardcore sales person
- Positive attitude (Willingness to put in extra efforts in terms of time. Thirst for (self improvement)
- Focused with Clear Vision
- Product knowledge (Technical)
- Negotiation skills
- Commercial knowledge
- Experience in Direct Sales of Industrial Product (B2B)
- Willingness to travel extensively (20-25 days)
- Should have 4 Wheeler Vehicle
