We have urgent opening for the Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in Department "Customer care" at Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd.

Interview and Job Location : Malad (West)

Position : Customer Care/After Sales Support

CTC open for right candidate.

Job description:

- Receiving & understanding Customer's complaint

- Coordinating with Operations team for attending timely complaint and rectification

- Coordinating with the client for spares & Annual Maintenance Contract and collection thereof

- MIS report submission to management

- Root cause analysis in case of repeated complaints

Qualities required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Convincing and persuasion

- Computer proficiency in MS- Excel, Word, Outlook.
