GAMSYS Technologies - Sales Trainer (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a bright and experienced Sales Trainer to assist us in expanding our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through Training Clients, Educating them about our products and cross selling other products and services.
Position: Sales Trainer
Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Head of Sales Department
Expectations from this role :
- Conduct sales training for educating clients about our products and services
- Provide feedback to management on market response about our products and services
- Design training content including product and sales pitch
- Complete sales operational requirements by visiting the scheduled clients and generating successful leads for the sales team.
- See to it that our client is fully trained to operate the product
- Make sure that the marketing material is placed accordingly to attract maximum attention
- Register clients on our inhouse system and make clients to increase the usage of products and services
Skills :
- Open to travel across the region
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing training strategies and materials.
