GAMSYS Technologies - Manager - Sales (2-8 yrs)
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales manager, who will be working with our dynamic team and who will add values to the business. The ideal applicant will be in charge of driving growth through strategic partnerships, generating new leads, and improving income from current clients.
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Head of Sales Department
Expectations from this role :
- Train new salesperson on how to upsell products & services
- Gather sales lead from the market and approach clients actively for conversion
- Establish & lead the direct sales channel for the Company.
- Handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command
- Conducts daily sales calls to the scheduled corporate clients.
- Create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, and pitch according to their specifications.
- Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients/opportunities, introducing the company, positioning, presenting solutions, and negotiations till the closure of sales.
- Provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients, develop professional long term business relationships.
- Provide feedback to management on market response to the products and services.
Skills:
- Experience in managing and developing sales tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training software
- Proven experience in the field is a plus.
