Gammastack - Senior Inside Sales Manager (5-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive software sales initiatives, focusing on the US market.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on relevant product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2-3 years in software selling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Marketing.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US geographical regions and business practices.
Skills :
- Proficient in sales negotiation and critical thinking.
