Gammastack - Marketing Coordinator (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Content Creation:
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content that aligns with the brand's identity.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and manage posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and performance metrics.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
- Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
