We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Manager to join our team. As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving software sales in the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 7 years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications And Skills

- 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory

- Understand client requirement and pitch him solution accordingly.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely

- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team

- International Sales exposure.
