GammaStack - Manager - Inside Sales (6-7 yrs)
Qualifications And Skills:
- 6-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory
- Understand client requirement and pitch him solution accordingly.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team
- International Sales exposure.
